Shapoorji Pallonji Group starts Rs 700-crore housing project in Pune

The Shapoorji Pallonji Group has declared a Rs 700-crore private undertaking in Pune’s Hinjawadi, its 6th dispatch under the Joyville brand in India.

Joyville is a $ 200-million stage by Shapoorji Pallonji, ADB, IFC and Actis for creating “optimistic lodging ventures” in India.

The third Joyville venture in Pune, Sensorium is spread more than 10 sections of land and will have 1,100 premium 2 BHK and 3 BHK condos. These pads will be accessible at a comprehensive cost of Rs 64.4 lakh onwards.

“Pune is an important market for us with a demand for quality homes by trusted brands. This project addition fits well with our strategy of strengthening our presence across the country’s leading real estate markets,” said Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate CEO Venkatesh Gopalkrishnan said.

At the dispatch of Joyville Hadapsar Annexe in East Pune, it sold in excess of 800 condos, the Mumbai-based organization said. Joyville Hinjawadi was dispatched in 2018 and nearly sold out.

Sensorium is situated inside Hinjewadi IT Park and is very much associated with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
