The program centers around a simple three-step system of setting goals based on personal strengths, designing a clear path to attaining those goals, and cultivating the willpower needed to achieve them.
Feelings of hopelessness, depression, and anxiety have been on the rise for adolescents in recent years. Middle-school-aged students are at particularly high risk for these issues, partially due to the rush of new hormones the body experiences during this stage of development.
